1. Products will be shipped from Germany and Poland in 2-5 days.
2. After the customer places an order, we will process the order and ship it within 2 business days. Express delivery time is usually 2 to 5 days. So customers usually receive the package within 5 to 7 business days after placing an order. On weekdays, we will update the tracking number within 24 hours. On weekends, we will update the tracking number on the following Monday.
3. Our products can be delivered throughout the European Union.Generally, customers can receive parcels 4 to 7 working days. Make sure your current address is available and all information is correct, including your house number!
4. We use DPD, DHL to send the parcels.
5. If you have any problems with your parcel, please contact us, otherwise the returned parcel will be considered unknown, which may result in the loss of the parcel.
6. All products in our store are delivered free of charge. Usually, they can be delivered to the address filled in by the customer within 4 to 7 working days after the customer places the order.
