1. Products will be shipped from Germany and Poland in 2-5 days.
2. We will send the package that day if you place your order before 10 am. After 10am the parcel will be dispatched the next day. On weekdays, we will update the tracking number within 24 hours. On weekends we will update the tracking number on the following Monday.
3. Our products can be delivered throughout the European Union. Make sure your current address is available and all information is correct, including your house number!
4. We use DPD, DHL to send the parcels.
5. If you have any problems with your parcel, please contact us, otherwise the returned parcel will be considered unknown, which may result in the loss of the parcel.
6. All products in our store are delivered free of charge. Usually, they can be delivered to the address filled in by the customer within 4 to 7 working days after the customer places the order. The specific delivery situation is subject to the actual delivery situation of the local courier delivery personnel.
